Ticket Cost

Show Date, Time, Location, etc.

Latecomers have to wait We will be seating late-comers (after 7:55pm) only between performances, so please make sure that especialy larger groups or groups with need for special assistance arrive early. Everyone needs a ticket, incl. babies Please make sure that your guests are aware that every person, including babies and small children, need their own seat & must have a ticket. There is no room for "sitting on the lap" & we do not allow this. Bassinets/car seats must be placed on a chair. They are not allowed to sit on the floor. No strollers/baby carriages are allowed on show nights. Again, please make your guest(s) aware of the above, as we would hate to turn them away. Note: While our show is "G rated" and suited for the entire family, the high level of excitement and applause can be over stimulating for babies. Sitting still for 2+ hours is also sometimes not the easiest thing for a small child.

Wheelchairs/Guests with Special Needs

If you/or your guests needs any special attention, like access to the elevator (requires keys) etc., you must notify us at least one week in advance before the show so we can arrange for the gate/elevator keys. The elevator is at the backside of the building, and is not accessible by car. If you/your guest can not walk 50yards to the elevator, they do need to bring a walker/wheelchair.

Ticket Sales Sequence

1. Troupe members of Nazeem Allayl, Nazeem Alsabah, and Nazeem Almassah purchase their tickets before the door opens.
2. On Saturday March 15 at 10:00am the PERIMETER studio door will open and the show tickets (both lots) will go on sale to the public. We will not open the doors before 10:00am, but you are welcome to get there early & wait. First come, first serve. We will sell tickets on opening day from 10am-11am & again from 2:30pm-6pm. Please remember that we have classes from 11:30-2pm inside the studio. We will not sell tickets during this time. Please wait until class is over before entering the studio.
3. At the end of the first day of ticket sales, all checks/money orders that have been received via mail will be processed. Seats are assigned by us on a "best available for the price range at the time" basis. Please see further instructions under Mail Order Tickets if you would like to go this route.
4. Ticket sales will continue at both studio locations during regular shopping hours the following day until we sell out. At this time, there will be seperate lots allocated to the little 5 points studio and the perimeter studio, so tickets can be bought at either location before or after class as usual.

   No single seat left rule

   Whatever number of tickets you buy, you can not leave a single seat left in the same row.

   Mail order tickets

   If you can not come to the studio to purchase tickets, you can send in a check or money order to buy them via mail. Please indicate the day/date of the show, the price of the seat you would like, & the number of tickets you wish to purchase. Please include your first & last name, your telephone number & e-mail address. Please also note the name of the party under which you want to be recorded (i.e. the Smith party). Include an self-addressed and stamped envelope (!) and your money order/check. Your tickets will be assigned on a "best available at the time in your price range" basis. If you send in your check & it is received before the opening day, we will process your check & buy your tickets for you at 6pm on ticket sales day. After that, your tickets will be bought when your check is received on a first received, first processed basis. Please do send in your checks early, as the shows sell out very quickly.

   Forms of payment/bounced checks

   You can purchase up to six tickets w/ cash, check or money order. If you would like to purchase more than six tickets, you will need to pay w/ either cash or a bank issued money order. Should a check bounce, the tickets bought w/ that check will automatically & immediately go back up for sale. Note: No need to return the tickets, the master roster will indicate that they are invalid for entrance into the show.

   Resale of Tickets

   We do not allow the re-sale of tickets within the studio walls. We are not liable for and will not honor falsified tickets or tickets that are invalid due to bounced checks. If you purchase tickets from someone else, please send an email to tickets@AtlantaBellyDance.com to verify that the tickets are valid. Indicate the day, seat number, and party name on the ticket.

   Waiting list

   Once tickets are sold out for a given date, we maintain a waiting list. Please email your interest in tickets to tickets@AtlantaBellyDance.com indicating the date, number of tickets, and contact phone number. We will notify you if tickets become available.
   Student Group

   Refund Policy

   There are no refunds or exchanges on the tickets. Once you buy them, they are yours. If you would like to re-sell your tickets to someone on the waiting list, we can help you with the process. Please contact tickets@AtlantaBellyDance.com for more information.

   No Flash photography or Video

   Sorry, we are recording in hi-def this time and flash photography shows up in the video. Realistically, the smaller camers w/o professional flash can not take good pictures due to the distance from the stage; the flash does, hoever, show up in the video.
   We will be taking pictures under controlled conditions, and make the pictures available on our website for you.

   Recording video in any form is also not allowed. Please make your guests aware that they can in no way film any part of the show, as this policy is strictly enforced. We will have an official fully edited recording of the show, which will go on sale one week after the shows are over. It will include the appropriate copyright.

   High definition video version: Blue Ray

   This time, we are trying to get the show recorded on high definition video and will make it available for special order on blue ray disks. Please send an email to shop@AtlantaBellyDance.com if you are interested in a blue-ray version of the show (plays on blue-ray players like the Sony Playstation 3, not the soon obsolete HD-DVD.
